Shaadi's design approach is human-centric. Her main focus is placemaking, aiming to create architectural spaces and environments that enrich and have a positive impact on people's lives.

Working within the practice's residential and workplace schemes, Shaadi brings experience of several significant new-build office, housing and mixed-use schemes.

Shaadi has a keen interest in travel and international design. During her master’s degree, she completed design and masterplanning projects based on a study visit to Porto Alegre, Brazil and Tehran, Iran.
