Damien is an associate with 12 years' experience of working in the architecture industry, including 10 years of work on national designated and historic buildings, structures and landscaping. He has an in-depth knowledge of traditional repair methods to historic buildings including adaptive re-use.

Damien has significant experience in working with designated assets identified as heritage at risk and developing appropriate phased repair strategies. He has also led several local authority conservation frameworks working closely with asset teams within local authorities.
