She has significant expertise in leading and managing large multi-disciplinary teams at all stages and has successfully delivered a number of significant housing schemes for registered social landlords, private developers, and contractor clients. She enjoys articulating the requirements of multiple stakeholders, leading proactive engagement strategies, and delivering schemes to challenging programmes.

Alison has worked on many award-winning projects, including large-scale mixed-use masterplans, built-to-rent, sheltered housing and hotels. Her projects have also been shortlisted in several international design competitions.

As a Certified Passivhaus Consultant, Alison is passionate about sustainable design and regeneration, believing that architecture has the power to improve lives. She also has a particular interest in construction and the use of innovative techniques, such as modular construction and Passivhaus design.

She has written several papers on tall buildings and is a regular speaker at design and construction events throughout the UK and abroad.
