Grace is our People and Culture Business Partner who works closely with our leaders and managers to help support their teams, advocate for wellbeing and inclusive and fair processes. She also is a mental heath first aider and supports our B Corp accreditation process.

Working alongside many teams within the practice, she focuses on culture, people, and driving forward the strategic goals of the company.
Grace is also managing our B Corp certification process.
