As Chithra Marsh's year of being National Chair of Women in Property draws to a close, the Buttress architect and director looks back on the past 12 months to see how both roles have developed and her learnings from it. 

The programme enriches young people's understanding of the built environment and empowers their voice within it.

We'll be hosting the 'City Designers, Builders and Adapters' workshop at the Not Quite Light Festival in Salford on Saturday 16 March from 10am to 2pm.
