The transformation of the Grade II listed former hospital has been shortlisted for an AJ Retrofit Awards.

The awards, held annually since 1995, are presented to exceptional buildings that have made a positive contribution to their local environment, celebrating the fantastic work of Manchester architects. 

The shortlisting underscores Greenhaus's role as a trailblazer in sustainable and affordable housing.

Buttress’ work at Caernarfon Castle and Lincoln Medieval Bishop’s Palace was recognised with three awards at Friday night’s gala event in Manchester. 

A three year-long programme of conservation and enhancement work at Caernarfon Castle has been shortlisted in the prestigious Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW) Welsh Architecture Awards 2024.  

Greenhaus has been awarded the sustainability prize at this year’s North West Insider Residential Property Awards.

Two Buttress projects have been shortlisted for three  regional finalist awards. 

Buttress has been shortlisted in the 2023 Housing Design Awards for its RSAP scheme in Salford. 

Buttress’ work at Lincoln Cathedral has been recognised with an AABC Conservation Award at the 2023 Civic Trust Awards. 

The award recognises the best in church conservation or repair projects.
