Associate Director, Chithra Marsh, has been shortlisted for the Game-changer Award at this year’s North West Insider Property Awards.
Over the course of her career, Chithra has advocated for inclusivity and diversity in the industry in a bid to bring about positive change.
At Buttress, she is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the practice’s social value initiatives, as well as championing cultural diversity within the practice. This has included playing an integral role in the establishment of our mental health and wellbeing programme, B:Well. More recently, she has developed the practice's EDI initiative and has been working to implement and manage our internal plan.
Outside of the practice, she sits on the RIBA Standards committee; is co-chair of the RIBA North West Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee; a strategic ambassador for social enterprise PLACED; the former Chair of Women in Property’s North West branch, and is currently its NW Inclusion Champion.
Over the past two decades, the Property Awards has become the go-to commercial property event in the North West. The Game-changer Award recognises those across the industry who go above and beyond the call of duty; those whose energy and tenacity knows no bounds, and whose influence makes things happen.
