Weavers Quay, is a new development from the Manchester Life Development Company, located New Islington, close to Manchester City Centre.
Over the past few years, the area has been undergoing significant change and the development is underpinned by Manchester’s City Council’s strategic aims to transform the locality into a new, sustainable, and unique urban neighbourhood within the city centre.
The scheme provides 201 one, two and three bedroom apartments that are available to rent, alongside access to a communal club room, 64 care and 130 cycle spaces, as well as a 24/7 concierge service.
The development has been designed to respond to the scale of the adjacent surrounding context and is at 10 storeys to the marina, steeping to four storeys towards the neighbouring residential development.
