Buttress has been shortlisted for the Residential Architect of the Year while Timekeepers Square is up for Small Development of the Year Award at this year's Insider North West Residential Property Awards.
The Residential Architect of the Year Award recognises firms that have made a significant contribution to developments in terms of design, deliverability and control of costs. The Small Development of the Year Award is awarded to schemes that have incorporated elements beyond the norm.
A panel of top industry judges from across the residential sector helped decide this year's winners and shortlists. The event, which will be held on 25 January 2018, will bring together more than a thousand property professionals driving forward the North West's residential property sector.
