We are delighted that two of our projects have been shortlisted at this year’s Insider North West Residential Property Awards.
Designed for the English Cities Fund, housing scheme, Valette Square, and apartment development, Atelier, each form part of the ongoing regeneration of Chapel Street, Salford’s historic and civic core.
Valette Square provides 33 two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses alongside a new landscaped public square and pedestrian green street which links the scheme with neighbouring development, the RIBA Award-winning, Timekeepers Square.
Atelier offers 167 one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside 11 three-bedroom townhouses, with eight ground-floor commercial units. Residents’ wellbeing was a key consideration in the design and spaces have been provided that create opportunities for residents to interact. This includes a podium garden at first floor level and shared residents’ common room.
The North West Insider Residential Property Awards were launched in 2016 to recognise and reward the excellence of the North West residential property sector. The winners of this year’s awards will be announced at a black-tie dinner on 28 April at Manchester Central.
