We chat with director Stephen Anderson about identifying Buttress' purpose and embedding it within the company culture.

Twenty years ago, Buttress’ Alex Scrimshaw started his career as an apprentice architectural technologist, joining us from school at age sixteen. Today, it’s been announced that he is a finalist in the national Architectural Technology Awards – one of the industry’s highest accolades.
