We're hiring: Architectural Technologist

We are currently looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse sectors and project types from heritage to housing, and new build to retrofit and regeneration, and to be part of a practice where everyone’s voice is valued.

You will:

• Lead or support technical delivery across all RIBA stages 
• Translate design concepts into coordinated technical packages 
• Liaise with clients, consultants and colleagues to ensure excellent project outcomes 
• Navigate approvals and statutory processes (e.g. planning, building regulations) 
• Collaborate across teams to deliver projects that are sustainable, inclusive and high quality 
• Stay engaged with industry developments, codes, and best practices 

You will:

• Be a qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT or equivalent) 
• Have strong technical design skills and a proven ability to deliver projects 
• Be collaborative, communicative and comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams 
• Be experienced with Revit (essential) and proficient in key design software (InDesign, AutoCAD etc.) (preferred)
• Be comfortable mentoring and supporting junior colleagues 
• Preferably be experienced with CMap or Atvero

Salary: £34K to £38K per annum, dependent on experience.

Location: Manchester studio
