Three projects shortlisted for RICS Awards

Timekeepers Square, the Former Unitarian Chapel and the Mackie Mayor are regional finalists.

Four Buttress projects have been named as finalists at this year's RICS North West Awards.

Timekeepers Square our development of 36 townhouses in Salford for the English Cities Fund, has been shortlisted in the residential category. The restoration of the former derelict meat market, the Mackie Mayor, into a new dining and leisure has been named in the regeneration and the building conservation categories, while the conversion of the former Unitarian Chapel in Manchester into student accommodation, is also up for the building conservation award.

With eight categories, the RICS Awards are the premier property and construction awards in the country. The RICS Awards recognise the most innovative projects in the region and their impact on local communities.

The North West winners will be revealed at a ceremony at the Principal Hotel in Manchester on Friday 27 April 2018.
