Stephen Anderson, Associate with Buttress was able to put a more positive slant on the story. Whilst recognising that conservation officers numbers were falling and that the pressure on those in post is greater; Stephen looked to the wider issues and dug a little deeper to evidence and support the role conservation officers play in today’s evolving heritage landscape.
