Working as delivery architects, we undertook detailed design and technical delivery to create Grade A office space in this Grade II listed former warehouse.
The speculative development has transformed the building, creating flexible Grade A office space whilst retaining original features that add value to the proposition.

The focal point of the scheme is the reinstated central glazed light well, through which the glazed lift and stairs rise. Retained features include the original feature stair to the upper floor, tiling and parquet floor to the fifth floors. The new and old contrast most obviously where the retained and new stairs meet.
