Buttress was appointed to develop concept designs for a new 104 bed hotel in Preston city centre. The concept behind the new venture was to create a boutique budget hotel aimed at business users.
The seven floor building houses commercial space at ground floor, underground parking, and upper floors dedicated to hotel use.

A system build design solution was sought, creating bedroom pods stacked in an offset manner to create a rippled effect to the building facade.
