The New Year has seen a number of new faces in the Buttress office; as we welcome five new architectural staff.
Martin Kirkpatrick has joined us as an Associate with Peter Milburn Brown and Chris Jackson as Senior Architects; Fran Llombart is a Spanish Architect working initially with us initially for 3 months and Joseph Kelly joins as a part 3 student.
We are increasingly busy and our new starters will become familiar faces to old and new clients alike in the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors.
Martin’s most recent experience is in high end residential, commercial and hospitality projects, recently completing the interior architecture of the Innside First Street, Manchester; Peter has a background in both architecture and interior design and recently completed the internal refurbishment of two grade I listed John Nash townhouses in Regents Park, London; and Chris has worked on a number of large residential and complex commercial projects recently completing designs for the middle east economic city port master plan and Airbus Wing Factory in Broughton.
Gavin Sorby, Managing Director said “We have brought in some very good people who I believe can enhance our reputation as a leading design practice. All parts of the Manchester office are busy and there will continue to be opportunity here for talented people to work on hotels, residential, museums, education and heritage projects.”
